Avail advised Solteq Plc and its Danish subsidiary Solteq Denmark A/S on the acquisition of the consulting business of Kouno P/S and the entire share capital of Forsyning 360 Aps. The acquisition supports Solteq's efforts to increase its business in the utilities sector in Denmark. The acquired business brings more than 50 local utilities customers as well as strong expertise in Datahub from the past four years. At the same time, the Datahub experience from Denmark strengthens the capabilities of the Finnish utilities business for the deployment of Datahub.
