Avail advised Caverion on the acquisition of Huolto-Lepistö’s wind turbine maintenance business. The acquisition will give Caverion a new base for its wind power services in Pori, close to numerous wind parks on the west coast of Finland, and enables Caverion to meet the growing demand for its wind power services. Caverion is the market leader in technical services and installations in Finland and among other things provides technical consultancy services, specialised maintenance and inspections to energy producers, wind park developers and turbine manufacturers.

Huolto-Lepistö’s wind turbine maintenance business specialises in the repair, inspection and maintenance of wind turbine service lifts and other services related to wind turbine maintenance.
