Avail advised Korona Invest on the acquisition of a majority interest in Asuntopehtoori and Asuntopehtoori Isännöinti (“Asuntopehtoori”). Korona Invest is a Finnish private equity company founded in 2006 and specialized in buyout and growth investments in mid-sized and small companies.

Asuntopehtoori offers a wide variety of services for owners of residential and commercial real estate and its core business includes management of rental apartments and commercial spaces, rental apartment and real estate brokerage, real estate agent services, and housing company property management. Asuntopehtoori’s client base comprises private individuals, professional investors, family offices, construction companies, funds, and various types of institutions. Asuntopehtoori employs approximately 90 professionals and has offices in Tampere, Helsinki, Turku, Oulu, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Lahti, Pori and Fuengirola, Spain.
