Avail advised Sentica-backed Hammas Hohde on the acquisition of the dental business of Pihlajalinna

Avail advised Sentica-backed Hammas Hohde on the acquisition of the dental business of Pihlajalinna, including 16 clinics and some 200 dental care professionals around Finland. The annual revenue of the acquired business is approximately EUR 16 million. In addition, Pihlajalinna and Hammas Hohde have agreed on co-operation concerning the provision of dental care services to Pihlajalinna’s customers. The acquisition significantly strengthens Hohde Group’s nationwide network and after the completion of the transaction, Hohde Group will offer dental care services in 20 municipalities around Finland and employ more than 500 dental care professionals. The transaction is expected to close by the end of Q1 2023.
