Avail advised Sentica-backed Hammas Hohde on the acquisition of Hampaasi Oy and its subsidiaries Hampaasi Espoo Oy and Hampaasi Herttoniemi Oy. The acquisition strengthens Hammas Hohde’s operations in the capital region supplementing toits nine dental clinics and Loisto Laboratoriot’s three dental laboratories in the region. The three dental clinics of Hampaasi companies in Matinkylä, Herttoniemi and Aviapolis, Vantaa will continue as independent clinics under the Hohde brand.

Following the transaction, the Hohde Group provides oral health care services in thirty-two locations in twenty-three municipalities and dental laboratory services in fourteen locations in eleven municipalities. The Hohde Group’s comprehensive range of services includes general dental care, specialist dental care and specialist dental technician and dental laboratory services.
