Avail advised Caverion on the acquisition of Inspecta Oy’s building services business unit in Finland. The business to be acquired is focused on eight locations in Finland and provides services related to building condition surveys, consisting of field services and assessments to buildings, structures and HVAC systems. In connection with the acquisition, 50 experts from Kiwa Inspecta will move to Caverion Finland.
