Avail advised Terveystalo on the acquisition of SRK Group. The acquisition complements Terveystalo’s imaging service offering and network.

Terveystalo is listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange and is the largest private healthcare service provider in Finland in terms of revenue and network.

SRK Group includes operative companies Suomen Radiologikeskus, iRad and Kajaanin Radiologikeskus, which provide staffing services, teleradiology, breast cancer screening, and physics services to both the public and private sectors throughout Finland. The SRK Group employs 62 employees and 45 private practitioners, and its pro forma revenue in 2023 was approximately EUR 7 million.
