Avail advised Bravida Finland on the acquisition of Dimesko

Avail advised Bravida Finland on the acquisition of Dimesko Oy, thereby strengthening Bravida’s position in heating and plumbing in southern Finland. Bravida Finland is part of Nasdaq Stockholm listed Bravida, the leading service and installation company in the Nordics.

Dimesko Oy works with installing plumbing, HVAC and automation systems in residential, office and commercial properties. The company's office is located in Lahti, but it operates mainly in the Helsinki region. The company has sales of approximately EUR 10.3 million and employs around 40 people.

Bravida will take over as the new owner on 31 December 2024.
