Avail advised Bravida Finland on the acquisition of Vesi-Vasa

Avail advised Bravida Finland on the acquisition of Vesi-Vasa, thereby strengthening Bravida’s range of services in heating and plumbing, industrial pipes and fire extinguishing systems in the Satakunta region in western Finland. Bravida Finland is part of Nasdaq Stockholm listed Bravida, the leading service and installation company in the Nordics.

Vesi-Vasa was founded in 1984 and works with installation, service and maintenance of heating and plumbing systems, industrial pipes and fire extinguishing systems. The company offers services for both small projects, such as single family houses, and larger industrial projects.

 Bravida is expected to take over as the new owner in June 2024.
