Avail advised Bravida Finland on the acquisition of the business operations of Nykysähkö Oy and Nykyrakennus Oy. The acquisition strengthens Bravida’s offering in the service and maintenance market in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. Bravida Finland is part of Nasdaq Stockholm listed Bravida, the leading service and installation company in the Nordics. The acquired business offers wide-ranging electrical installation and repair work as well as maintenance services in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.

Bravida will take over as the new owner on 1 May 2024.
