Avail advised Terveystalo on the acquisition of Suomen Fysiogeriatria Oy, which together with its subsidiaries toi.minna Oy, Mimmin Terapia Oy and Aktiivi-Fysioterapia Tampere Oy provide specialized physiotherapy, preventive and rehabilitative physiotherapy as well as occupational therapy services in 17 locations to the private, public and third sectors. Fysiogeriatria Oy is a Finnish pioneer and forerunner in the rehabilitation of the elderly people and treating patients with dementia. The combined revenue of the company and its subsidiaries in 2021 was approximately EUR 6 million and they employ 40 occupational therapists and 100physiotherapists, the majority of whom are specialists in geriatric physiotherapy.
