Avail advised Bravida Finland on its acquisition of Sarjametalli Talotekniikka, the leading residential HVAC contractor in the Helsinki region. Sarjametalli Talotekniikka installs HVAC systems with a special focus on new residential construction in southern Finland. The acquisition strengthens Bravida’s market position and portfolio of services in southern Finland. Sarjametalli Talotekniikka has a turnover of approximately EUR 11 million and approximately 20 employees.
