Avail advised Bravida Finland on its acquisition of parts of Assemblin’s building automation project units in Finland. The acquisition includes building automation projects, maintenance and service units, and the resources required to fulfil contractual warranty obligations during the warranty periods of the projects strengthening Bravida’s service offering in automation in Finland. The acquired units have in total of approximately 65 employees and net sales of approximately EUR 10 million.
