Avail advised Bravida Finland on the acquisition of OAT Oy

Avail advised Bravida Finland on the acquisition of OAT Oy, thereby expanding Bravida’s electrical and automation installation activities in northern Finland. Bravida Finland is part of Nasdaq Stockholm listed Bravida, the leading service and installation company in the Nordics.

OAT Oy was founded in 1992 and works with electrical and automation systems. It provides installation and maintenance services for both industrial businesses and property owners.

Bravida will take over as the new owner in October 2023.
