Avail advised Bravida Finland on the acquisition of Lämpö- ja Wesijohtoliike Juutilainen Oy, which strengthens Bravida’s position in the service market in southern Finland. Bravida Finland is part of Nasdaq Stockholm listed Bravida, the leading service and installation company in the Nordics.

Lämpö- ja Wesijohtoliike Juutilainen Oy was founded in 1932and is based in Helsinki. The company is active in the field of repair and maintenance for heating, plumbing and ventilation.

Bravida will take over as the new owner on 29 September 2023.
