Valtteri advises clients in the field of mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity and real estate transactions. During his career, he has advised numerous Finnish and international corporations and private equity investors in complex acquisitions, divestments and related shareholders’ and joint venture agreements.
Valtteri's practice covers also general corporate, contract and real estate law advice. In addition to his law degree, Valtteri has completed a M.Sc. (Econ) degree in Accounting. Before founding Avail Attorneys Ltd, Valtteri was a partner in a boutique business law firm for two years and before that Valtteri worked for 11 years in major law firms in Helsinki.
