Jesper specializes in mergers and acquisitions, spanning private equity, venture capital and industrial transactions, with sector experience across technology, digital innovation, circular economy, life sciences, healthcare, machinery, engineering, energy and infrastructure. His expertise in corporate and contract law complemented by experience in real estate and a solid understanding of financing, equips him to provide clients with well-rounded strategic advice.
His international experience includes work as a foreign associate at Kirkland & Ellis in New York, where he worked on high-profile cross-border transactions. This, combined with his economic understanding, built through studies at Cornell University and additional academic experience along with legal studies at University of Gothenburg enables him to deliver commercially insightful, globally informed advisory.
Before founding Avail Attorneys Ltd, Jesper worked at Hannes Snellman Attorneys Ltd’s M&A, real estate and financing practice for more than a decade.
