Ilkka has 15 years of experience from both domestic and cross-border industrial and private equity transactions with a special industry expertise in private healthcare and social care sectors.
Before founding Avail Attorneys Ltd, Ilkka was a partner in a boutique business law firm for four years and before that worked at Hannes Snellman Attorneys Ltd’s M&A and private equity team for more than ten years.
